Paul brings more than 10 years of experience in conducting complex organizational and operational analyses, process reengineering, information technology planning and facilitation engagements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Paul works with all staff members to ensure that they have the appropriate systems and structures in place to maximize service delivery and client satisfaction, in addition to fostering an environment that is supportive of innovation and professional growth.
He has a B.A. in political science from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre. |
