John, a Triad senior consultant, amassed years of experience in the housing and development industry working for the City of Philadelphia.
Beginning in the managing director's office, John served as the housing program administrator, and later deputy director, of the Office of Housing and Community Development.
John culminated his service to the City of Philadelphia as executive director for the Philadelphia Housing Authority before becoming president of Thomas Mills Associates.
John also served in various capacities for other private sector firms, including the Philadelphia Neighborhood Housing Service, Inc., Philadelphia National Bank, Geriatric Medical Centers and Hertzfield Associates, putting to good use his understanding of the dynamics of civil engineering, housing issues and funding. |
