Stacy, an associate in the lobbying practice, has extensive experience with health care issues and appropriations.
Stacy was a research analyst for the Republican House Health and Human Services Committee from December 2002 until joining Triad in 2006. While on the legislative staff, she worked on health savings account, newborn screening and hospital payment legislation, as well as her involvement in budget negotiations.
She was a constituent correspondence specialist from December 2002 until November 2003, working with the Veteran Affairs and Emergency Preparedness, Environmental Resources and Energy, Liquor Control, and Education committees in addition to Health and Human Services.
Before that, she worked in the district office of former state Rep. Jere Strittmatter, where she began as an intern in May 2001. A native of the Lackawanna County borough of Moscow, she received a bachelor’s degree in government and political affairs from Millersville University. |
