If you have spent any time at all in the State Capitol or in Philadelphia City Hall, you have likely seen Erika, flying from committee meeting to committee meeting, firing off e-mail updates to colleagues and clients while never slowing down.  Erika serves as Triad’s eyes and ears, helping deliver critical and timely information on a myriad of different issues.

In her few short years since joining Triad, Erika has also quickly grown into a top-notch grant writer, researcher and policy analyst.  If there is a bill or resolution of interest to any Triad client moving through any level of state government, it is a pretty safe bet the Erika knows exactly where it is.

Erika came to Triad as an intern after graduating with honors from Penn State University in 2007, majoring in Political Science.  Erika also spent a year interning for the state Rep. Mark Cohen’s Caucus Chairman’s office, where she worked on legislation that ultimately raised Pennsylvania’s minimum wage.

Since being promoted to Associate, Erika has worked hard to forge relationships within Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter’s Administration, as well as with members of City Council.  She maintains a great network of professional relationships with key staffers in both the House and Senate, including committee staff (House Transportation, House Labor, House Environment, House Local Government, Senate Community & Economic Development and Senate Appropriations, to name a few), and is Triad’s liaison to the “rising stars” of the General Assembly, the freshman and second term members of the House and Senate.
