At a rally in the Capitol Rotunda, a coalition of businesses, trade groups, government officials and unions known as the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Group unveiled its agenda to improve the state's infrastructure.

Robert Latham, executive vice president of Associated Pennsylvania Constructors and spokesman for the Transportation Construction Industries coalition, was on hand to support the event.  Latham noted that people in the industry can help by contacting their legislators and urging support for legislation that would provide funding for bridge and road repairs.
